Haven’t felt safe in “typical” fitness settings. Maybe you had a horrible experience in gym class growing up, or fitness studios feel inaccessible or unwelcoming. We are messy, imperfect, and awesome people sharing skills we have developed with other messy, imperfect, highly awesome people like yourself.
Struggle with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or just feel really stressed right now. We provide a space for you to share your feelings, sweat them out, and learn therapeutic tools to help you in your every day life.
Want to learn tools to navigate the ups and downs of being a human, inside and out. There are only so many hours in the day, and you have a lot on your plate. We want to give you the best hour of your day and teach you skills to mentally, physically, and emotionally cope in hard times.
